Alcohol, a Liver, and a More Cheerful Me
For those of you who don't know, as of the 4th August, I have officially given up drinking alcohol. I feel it is necessary for me, for my liver and for my bank account. It's becoming increasingly more obvious that drink doesn't have the effect it used to - I hardly get drunk - and I don't get a buzz off of it like I used to. Therefore, I see no immediate need to do it. I may drink on birthdays and special occasions, but if I do it will be in moderation. So if you see me out on a Wednesday/Thursday night, I'll only be drinking a coke! Hey, who says you need alcohol to have fun? =)
I think in the long run this will benefit me. At least I hope it does. I will have more money, I will be exploring new ways to have fun without the dependance on alcohol, and hopefully will be more cheery and friendly in the long run. On that note I apologise to everyone for being such a miserable bastard recently =)
Over and out,
Crewdy
